If there was more parking out front, I would come constantly! There are two steps, and it’s hard to open the door with them, but the service is amazing, and the staff jumped to help. The food is delicious, unique, and beautiful! Padan cakes are topped with real Padan leaves. The Thai tea treats have rosemary atop. Everything is so so beautiful and well-designed, and I spent much of the morning relaxing here. Very calm and peaceful. There is parking nearby but not out front. At least a few blocks away.

This is a sweet little Thai bakery. The owner is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet! They can do decaf on any coffee item, and they have milk alternatives available. I walked from work, so I'm not entirely sure about the parking situation, but it's worth it! There is no wheelchair accessibility that I saw. I got a decaf Americano accompanied by Thai Tea Cake, which was light, spongy & not too sweet. It was perfect

Fantastic pastries here - I tried the coconut chiffon and it was like eating a coconut cloud. It was so light and fluffy and flavourful - I will definitely be back for more! The pistachio latte was also really surprising and delightful :)

The coconut cake was so good! The chiffon was super soft and smelled amazing with pandan. Took me right back to Thailand. I’ll be dropping by a lot for sure!

Great flavor, can’t go wrong with anything here! The Pandan coconut cake has great coconut flavor and was light and fluffy, maybe could use a little more Pandan flavor though. The Thai tea cake had so much flavor, very strong! Also would recommend the iced Pandan drink which is perfectly refreshing for a nice day, overall a great spot for a treat or a drink!

The coffee is amazing! We tried the Americano and Latte—both were fantastic. It’s a wonderful spot to enjoy delicious coffee and freshly baked goods. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

This is the kind of place where it’s hard to make a wrong choice. If it looks good, chances are it will taste fresh and as good as you could imagine! Food: I’ve visited a couple time now and I think I’ve ordered something different each time. Sometimes at stores you find one or two items you like and don’t sway, but Maprang makes me want to try everyone on the menu. Each drink has been very distinct but they all make for a great start to your day! The pastries and cakes also make for great accompaniments without tipping the scales toward overloading on sugar. Atmosphere: As I mentioned earlier, Maprang makes me want to try new things each time and I think it’s partly due to the fresh and energetic atmosphere. Service: The staff are always so pleasant and excited to have you try new menu items or classic pastries they’re proud of.

And asian-owned weekend coffee spot with a range of hot and cold beverages. Spicy Tango is a must try out-of-the-box iced tangy drink and Vietnamese coffee if you are looking for something warm and cozy. My favorite desserts are the Basque cheesecake and the carrot cake. For me, this place doubles as a date spot and a formal meeting spot during quieter times as it is usually easy to find a spot for two.
